Helped me get back on track

I came into the ER with severe abdominal pain. They took me right away and began running test to determine the cause. Everyone was courteous and professional and dedicated to making me feel better

The care provided was exceptionally thorough. The team took the time to fully evaluate the patient's primary complaint and carefully considered the differential diagnoses—reflecting the principles of good medical practice. Rather than simply prescribing medication for symptom management or transferring the patient elsewhere, they conducted a comprehensive workup. Given the constraints of holiday hours during our visit, the quality of care was particularly impressive. This review is offered from one medical professional to another and reflects a high level of respect for the standard of care delivered in this emergency department.

In a world where it often feels like the medical industry no longer listens to patients, my experience at this ER was a refreshing exception. From the moment I arrived, I genuinely felt heard and cared for. The nurse and doctor took the time to listen closely, ran several thorough tests, to ensure I was well taken care of before I left. Everyone I encountered—including the receptionist—was not only professional, but incredibly kind and informative. After my visit, I had to call the ER multiple times for clarification about my prescriptions. Not once did they show any sort of frustration—they remained helpful and patient every time. Even my pharmacist commented, “Wow, the receptionist is so friendly,” which gave me the perfect opportunity to brag about how amazing the entire ER team truly was. Thank you all!

My experience was great. From the front desk staff to the nurse, students/MA’s and doctor. (The entire staff was great) Not a long wait time, handled with care and urgency.

They were wonderful to take care of my mother all day, even when I had to go out for a while and she was left alone in the clinic, the customer service was wonderful, thank you!!

Definitely recommend. Everyone was so friendly and helpful when we came in. They will take very good care of you.

I have been here a few times with my kiddos and each time has been a great experience. We definitely choose Silverlake ER as our first choice. The bedside manner of each dr and nurse is phenomenal. Our questions are always answered leaving no room to guess. We are always in and out in a timely manner. Very clean facility as well. We will definitely be continuing to use this ER for our health emergencies.

Hands down the best medical experience I've ever had. Sarah was awesome, and the doctor actually cared. They helped my wife after 3 emergency rooms felt it wasn't worth their time. They even ordered my wife a pizza. Who does that?! If I could, I'd make them our primary care.

Amazing staff! They are so nice and take their time making sure you are comfortable. Dr.Chang is very informative and caring making sure you understand your diagnosis completely! They took the best care of me during my visit.

Shelia from check in was so kind. Dr Cheng was patient and understanding. All the staff members were so polite. They worked as quick as they could. Not a huge wait time for an ER!

Have been here twice and have had a fantastic experience both times! The first time was for our toddler and they handled him with such grace! This time I needed an X Ray and their set up was nice and easy! Our go to urgent care for sure!!!

Dr. Chenge hands down best Dr care I've ever received. Genuinely cares about you, listens and helps you. Jessica was an awesome nurse and James was awesome. Very friendly, attentive, no wait time. They even fed me and ordered me my favorite food! Highly recommend!

They are very nice and polite

Think this is my 1st experience coming to an urgent care but after a few hours they were able to diagnose the issue and broke the fever. Everyone was supper friendly and I walked out feeling much better than when I came in.

Never been to an ER before, and I was pretty nervous. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the entire staff at Silverlake ER! Everyone from Qhuyin at the front desk to the doctor and nurses was so friendly and helpful during my visit.

I took my daughter to this ER instead of driving out to the TCH Medical Center because I wanted her seen right away. I’d recently had a bad experience at a nearby urgent care, so I decided to come here instead. The reviews for Silverlake ER were great, and now I can personally agree. The place was extremely clean, the front desk staff was super friendly, and we felt comfortable the whole time. The imaging tech was amazing, and the doctor was absolutely wonderful. He made my 5 year old feel safe, even though she was terrified. I’m so grateful for their care and kindness. Highly recommend!

Aether Health's Silverlake ER's location is very convenient. It's right off the main road, making it easy to get to. Kudos to Linda at the front desk for being very helpful, and Nurse Maschell for providing great care. The location and service are both excellent. Highly recommend!

I had the BEST care here. Edith (my nurse) was thorough, comforting, knowledgeable and so kind. James (radiology tech) was so nice! And Dr. To (pronounced Toe) was exceptionally awesome! The establishment runs very well and the staff is amazing even in the front. Idk her name but the sweet girl that worked in front even brought me dinner. My treatment was thorough and my care needs were met so well. Dr. To wouldn’t let me leave until the medication worked well enough to bring my labs to a normal level. I really appreciate everything they did for me in my time of need 🙂 I highly recommend this ER 100% ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ excuse the pic LOL it’s all I had in my phone 🙂

The nurses and doctors here are so amazing. From checking in through the whole visit we felt very welcomed and at ease. The whole staff is very kind, helpful and patient with little patients. Highly highly recommend.
